Illustration, not the official app screen
- Open Pesanan (Orders), then the Riwayat (History) tab.
- Tap the download icon (arrow) at the top right.
- Pick the period, up to 1 year, then tap Download.
The PDF is saved on your phone. The Riwayat screen in the app only shows the last 90 days, but the downloaded report can cover up to 1 year. You can also download a receipt for a single order from that order's page. For expense claims, this period report is more practical.
What you get
The Gojek order history PDF has a table: date, transaction number, service, pickup, destination, payment method and total paid. This page turns it into Excel with:
- Date and time in separate columns.
- Service, for example GoRide or GoCar and its type.
- Full pickup and destination addresses, even when the PDF splits them over several lines.
- The full transaction number, to match against the receipt in the app.
- Cost as a number ready to add up.
Total check
The Gojek PDF prints a Total amount for the selected period. We add up the cost of all trips and match it. A green tick means no trip was missed or misread.
Tips for expense claims
- Before downloading the PDF, pick the same period as your claim period.
- In Excel, filter the Layanan (Service) or Tujuan (Destination) column to separate work trips from personal ones.
- GoPay transaction history has its own page: GoPay e-Statement to Excel.
Questions
Why would I want my Gojek history in Excel?
Usually to claim travel costs back from your employer, for project cost reports, or for business bookkeeping. Each row has the date, service, route, payment method and cost.
How is the total checked?
The Gojek PDF prints a Total amount for the period. We add up all the trips and match the sum against that figure.
Are pickup and destination addresses sent anywhere?
No. The PDF, including the addresses in it, is read in your browser and is never sent to a server.
